  • 1/2 cup Dodan Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • Instructions

    • In a bowl, mix Dodan Peanut Butter, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, honey, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
    • Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture for the sauce, and use the rest to marinate the chicken for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
