By accessing and using the Dodan Foods website (www.dodanfoods.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or current.

3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer.

4.2. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept Cash On Delivery and online payment via Paystack.

4.3. Orders are subject to availability and may be cancelled if products are out of stock.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We currently offer delivery to Abuja. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.2. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Inspection at Delivery: We encourage customers to inspect all products at the point of delivery before accepting them.

6.2. Immediate Returns: If you find any issues with the product upon delivery (such as damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns), you have the right to refuse acceptance and return the product immediately to the dispatch rider. In this case, you will receive a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.

6.3. Post-Acceptance Returns: If you accept the delivery but later discover a defect or issue that was not apparent at the time of delivery, you may return the product within 3 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer service at +2349154528904 to initiate this process.

6.4. Return Conditions: For post-acceptance returns, products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them. Perishable goods, are not be eligible for return after acceptance.

6.5. Refund Process: For immediate returns at delivery, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. For post-acceptance returns, refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6.6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6.7. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at +2349154528904. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
