  • 1 pack Dodan Ready-to-Eat Fried Rice with Chicken
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce for serving (optional)
  • Instructions

    1. Heat the Dodan Fried Rice with Chicken according to package instructions. Set aside.
    2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
    4. Pour half the egg mixture into the pan, tilting to cover the base.
    5. When the omelette is nearly set, add half the heated fried rice to one side of the omelette.
    6. Carefully fold the other side of the omelette over the rice.
