1. Inspection at Delivery: We encourage customers to inspect all products at the point of delivery before accepting them.
2. Immediate Returns: If you find any issues with the product upon delivery (such as damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns), you have the right to refuse acceptance and return the product immediately to the dispatch rider. In this case, you will receive a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.
3. Post-Acceptance Returns: If you accept the delivery but later discover a defect or issue that was not apparent at the time of delivery, you may return the product within 3 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer service at +2349154528904 to initiate this process.
4. Return Conditions: For post-acceptance returns, products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them. Perishable goods, are not be eligible for return after acceptance.
5. Refund Process: For immediate returns at delivery, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. For post-acceptance returns, refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
