Currently, Dodan Foods offers delivery to the following areas:

• Abuja
• Lagos

We are working on expanding our delivery services to other major cities in Nigeria. Please check our website for updates on new delivery areas.

2. Shipping Timeframes

• For orders within Abuja and Lagos, we typically deliver within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location within these cities.
• Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Costs

• For orders over ₦28000, we offer free shipping within our delivery areas.
• For orders under ₦28000, a flat shipping fee of ₦2200 will be applied.
• Any additional shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Process

• Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package during regular business hours.
• If you're not available to receive the package, our delivery partner will leave a note with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
• For perishable items, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure food safety.

5. Inspection of Goods

We encourage all customers to inspect their orders upon delivery. If you find any issues with your order (damage, incorrect items, quality concerns), you have the right to refuse acceptance and return the product immediately to the delivery person. 6. Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or any other reason not attributable to Dodan Foods, you may be charged for re-delivery.

At this time, Dodan Foods does not offer international shipping. We currently only deliver within Nigeria to the areas specified above.
